Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day.

We ship to customers in the United States and internationally. Orders within the United States will usually arrive within one week of dispatch, while international orders may take up to three weeks depending on the destination. Tracking information will be provided when available. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@loomscarves.com and we will do our best to assist in locating the shipment. For international orders, a customs form will be included with the shipment and any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to guarantee delivery for orders sent to an incorrect address.

You can return any physical product purchased from Loom. within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and unused.

2. Pack the item securely and ship to the address we provide.

Refunds

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. We do not process direct exchanges.

Exceptions
